There’s a lot of harmful myths out there about friendships — that they’re easy breezy, you’ll never fight with your bestie, and all friendships are lifelong…or you did something wrong. If you feel like there’s just something “lacking” in your friendships- please hear me say you’re not alone. If you are craving more realness and authenticity in your friendships, but don’t know where to start, the Friendship Deck is for you.
The Friendship Deck is thoughtfully designed for you with 62 questions and three levels of increasing vulnerability to help guide you and your friends to greater intimacy with more ease.
Do you want better friendships?
Learn how to deepen
your friendships from a
licensed therapist.
Outside of me obviously wanting you to experience the Friendship Deck, can we get honest here for a second on why I’m so passionate about it?
I’ll give you a sneak behind the curtain into a therapist’s office and share something I experienced for many years…I kept noticing the same pattern of hurt and confusion around friendships, with all types and ages of people. But here’s the zinger…No one seemed to be talking publicly about the specific type of pain this brings up. And it’s worth mentioning, we don’t have a lot of language to describe all of the nuances of friendships. This leads to further deepening those friendship wounds and keeping you stuck, feeling like you’re the only one.
This is why I wanted to do 2 things:
Begin speaking more about friendship openly. (The good, the messy, and the brutiful parts)
Give something tangible to the world that I know can help us have more types of conversations that are vital for the foundation of healthy friendships. The Friendship Deck is a refreshing way to open up about the harder parts of your friendships and learn how to better care for one another.
Friendships are vital to your well-being.
Maybe you don’t think you really need friends or friendships aren’t a top priority for you right now? Research shows us that close friendships are actually connected to a higher overall satisfaction with life. Not to mention, good friends give you a better sense of belonging, help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression levels, and they can improve your self-confidence, things we could all benefit from! The Friendship Deck is the perfect companion to help you get back out in the friendship world and nurture your vital relationships!
